HOLLOW KNIGHT - Greenpath Skip

You don't need a dash to do this. Most speedrunners use a fancy technique with vengeful spirit but I'm not so good and have to use the bug.

It’s easier to lure if you intentionally fall in the acid and wait for it.

Astoroth, could you make a video about the little ghost you encounter in Deepnest?
I've yet to see anyone else talk about this, it's like no one else has seen him walking there.

He looks the same as your own character but his coat looked a bit more red to me. I first encountered him when I went to save Zote from a spidernest, while walking I saw a sprite of my own character show up. He guided my character towards Zote and also disappeared if he went out of the screen for a second. I recall only seeing him 2 times so he's a bit difficult to catch.

My own playthrough could've affected this event so I'll tell you a bit about it. I didn't have the dream nail yet, I hadn't saved Bretta, hadn't talked to Cloth, the nailmasters or Mister Mushroom.
I had bought all available ( without special key ) items from Sly and Keg eater. I was wearing Wayward Compass, Dashmaster and Thorns of agony.

I went directly into Deepnest after defeating the Mantis lords but I hadn't beaten the Soulmaster yet.
Mayby if you have the time you could search for him.

I thought this is the only way to do it on my 1st run xd. Just like you can use this fly or whatever to get to the grub in this 1st location under Dirtmouth.
