Ok yall can hear the anxiety in my voice particularly at the beginning. For those who watch my videos, you may or may not know about my debilitating at times anxiety. Aquariums are peaceful, serene, calming and lowers my blood pressure and anxiety so that i dont have to take anxiety medication all the time anymore. This hobby has helped my anxiety, because it used to be a hundred times worse. Im very regimented in everything i do, that anything that goes wrong or out of order, it causes EXTREME anxiety and i literally cant function at times. A lot of meditation and self reflection help, as does this hobby, so i make these videos for help with problemsim having with the tanks, , but its also very therapeutic for me. If someone else happens to like the music or videos/scenery or my commentary, then great. They might even be able to help me, or maybe they see something in my videos that prompts them to ask a question. Then if i have the knowledge, i can help them. Im still VERY much learning....im not like the pros and wonderful people @AQUADICTION which i highlighly encourage uou to subscribe to if youre just learning, or youre an advanced aquarist. Their channel is really set up to help the beginner to advanced hobbyists...with my sense of humor as well. Their Halloween video of walking dead fish keepers was hilarious...it was something along those lines i can't remember, but i remember laughENG a lot
