Canada's defence minister highlights contributions to Ukraine amid ongoing Russia tensions | FULL

Canadian Defence Minister Anita Anand spoke to the media on Tuesday after meeting with the secretary-general of NATO in Brussels.

She highlighted Canada’s contributions to Ukraine amid the ongoing tensions with Russia.

Anand said Canada has expanded its operation in Ukraine, with increasing capacity of troops on the ground from 200 to 400.

Canada has also committed $50 million in economic and humanitarian aid to Ukraine, as well as cybersecurity and cyber-surveillance aid.

Why the hell would Canadians be training Ukrainian troops. Canada isn't a pool of military knowledge, nor are they war hardened, nor are they used to fighting anything other then their winter temps. Shouldn't the Ukrainians be training the Canadians on how to fight war since they've been fighting for the last thousand years against one aggressor after the other. Something is fishy here.
