This video is super helpful. I'm moving to Philly in 2022 and I'm gonna need to fly there from Cali to apartment hunt. Seeing the construction and hearing about your experience with the agent really illustrates why it's never a good idea to rent sight unseen!

I’ve moved several tenants into apartment B. Really great choices. Moving to a new city you should consult with a realtor like myself. It’s literally FREE to you and we are from Philly so can give first hand advice. Etc
