From someone who works in a camera store that sells these, I'd warn anyone to steer clear from these particular reusables. I've probably sold a hundred of these. The Agfa shown in this video, as well as the Ilford Sprite, Harman reusable and Kodak M35 are all the same model with a different front and all have the same problems with wind-up wearing down quickly, shutter breaking and the flash electronics frying. Our RMA is near 100%, and the manufacturer knows this, but of course they are dirt cheap to stock and pretty much any stores that sell these are still earning money from film sale and development so they won't be taken off the shelves anytime soon. Put your money towards a used late 90's point-and-shoot if you want something that will last you more than 3 films. If you can't find that in your area and absolutely need a new reusable, the Lomography models that come loaded with film are in my experience a lot more reliable, but they look less fancy and you have the added step of rolling out your film before shooting, which makes loading a bit more complicated for beginners.

I just bought the Ilford Sprite myself and was curious on how 200 film stock would look on it & the Agfa. I'm genuinely surprised by the photos you took, they look lovely! Thanks for a great view :)

I heard there was one film photographer that did not use low fi hip hop in the videos and he became a holy spirit

Appreciate the video. Although the Agfa camera looks like a simple rebrand when compared with the Ilford Sprite, I have to say that from what I've seen, it looks like the Agfa camera is more attractive. It's still a plastic camera, but I like that it has information on the lens as a glass lens would and the silver has a nice metallic gloss rather than the off-white, very plastic look of the Ilford. All things considered, if the price was the same I think I would go with the Agfa for that reason.

This video got suggested to me. And it's just what I needed. Thank you! I can't wait to get started. I really want to document my travels in a more unique way and film cameras are the best way to do it, if you ask me.

Actually some of those cameras have two apertures, by changing to flash you get f16 or close to that. Cheers 👍

I just recently purchased the Ilford 35mm camera and I added some Ilford b+w ISO125 36 Exp for my trip to back from the west coast though I am still awaiting the development.

I wouldn’t say it’s a cheap camera considering you can but many vintage film cameras for much less than that price.
