I'm think I'm already well experienced in digital painting in Photoshop, yet I just found out about holding Ctrl+space to zoom. I think it's because just hitting z and then b to get back to brush was always good enough. There's always something new to learn in this things, even going back to the basics. I also really like how you reduced the stimuli. Photoshop is so overwhelming the first time you open it, it would be way easier if I used this the first time.

great tutorial ....easy to follow for beginners, very well explained ....just wanted to ad that you can zoom in and out of workspace by holding down Z key with mouse/pen also..Its a little easier ..pressing down one key rather than 2 keys (space and cntrl/cmd) Hope this helps..You can also zoom back out by holding z key and alt key

Thank you so much for your tips! I'm encountering a problem though. My computer has a touch screen so I fold it until the keyboard is unaccessible to draw. Does this means that there's no way for me to use the shortcuts ?

I CANT MOVE THE SCREEN WHEN I SELECT HAND TOOL WITH SPACE BAR ...CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN ME ...AND ALSO HOW TO ZOOM OUT USING THE SHORTCUT

Great content, but this is a very dated version of photoshop.
