VA loan got my duplex, and the tenants are paying it off for me. Plus the tax benefits, and about to start seeing the cash flow now that I moved out.

Watched your video on BP, and going to purchase about 6 more properties in the same area over the next 10 years and just focus on paying them off. Then worry about scaling after.

One of the things that he did not mention is that you can buy stocks with leverage to make a more of a even comparison, and he did not mention that you can rent out your stocks for premium income.

Wouldn’t the equivalent be investing 100k in stocks and then buying 400k on margin.

Both have pros and cons. Have to diversify. Stock market is way more liquid. Emergency comes up. Way easier to get cash out of stock market

I prefer real estate investment because my cousin in Arizona just bought two more homes they will have them being rented out my biggest goal is to work hard and save all those money to get a house and have it rented out when the cash flow keep coming in big I will quit my job.
