@4:04 If you have Pro Tools installed already, and have your Pro Tools Intro license activated in Ilok, loading the regular Pro Tools (without an active full Pro Tools license) will automatically load PT Intro.

so i am already using pro tools intro which is a free subscription kind of a thing. but what if i download this pro tools intro plus (because i have a focusrite and it shows me the option to download) . just want to know if there is any time limitation to this free subscription.

mine installed what appeared to be perfectly, runs perfect and all, but doesn't fit the display properly. I lose about 20% of the edit window on the right side. I can resize my monitors display settings to 100% and it fits perfectly, but considerably smaller than i'd like. Weird, because my pro tools first program did encounter this issue at my desired monitor display settings.

I don't see intro on Avid Link. I tried downloading directly from the website, I''ve activated the license and everything, it's STILL not showing up on Avid Link. This is SO frustrating!

Actually, you're showing how to install avid-link. I had a hard time with Pro Tools First and gave up that time, because it didn't work. Turns out that same appplies for ProTools Intro. I can't install it - maybe because I accidently installed the protools ultimate trial - can't really get rid of it now. I had Pro Tools LE8 running with windows 7 and then windows 10 with a Eleven Rack, which I see in your list. I will probably will have to see how to get my Eleven Rack listed as well ...
