Garmin nuvi 2797LMT: Real Directions Instructions with GPS City

Real Directions instructions is a new advancement in Garmin's line of navigators. Now the GPS will give detailed navigation instructions like a passenger would.

Before:
"Turn left in 100 meters on 32nd st"

Real Directions example:
"Keep in the left lane and turn at the 7-11"
"Turn left at the lights"

Thank you. Today I bought a Garmin nuvi 3597 LMT and tomorrow I will start to install and use it. I am looking forwrd to all that different functions. Herefore I had a Navigon and I saw that the new Garmin series have may options of the Navigon and I like that. Thanks to your very helpfull movies I could make much easier my choice.

Yes, you will need to make sure you have European maps loaded on your device, but the Real Directions feature is available in Dutch.

Seems real cool to me. Is it also available in Europe in the Dutch language?

You can Disable it indirectly, just go to the Voice menu and select a voice that doesn't have the 'Garmin real directions', , , , Some voices got this option and other voices don't come with the it...

As of this time, no, there is no way to disable this feature.
