If you used 100% of your brain at one time, you wouldn't miraculously be like that god awful movie Lucy. You'd go into an epileptic seizure and probably die.

1. Listening to classical music *does not* make you smarter, it helps you concentrate better.
2. You *do* use 100% of your brain. That's why you a conscious and subconscious.

4. You use your whole brain to do activities and to solve problems, but there is always a side that is *"used"* the most. The left side of the brain controls the right and the right side of the brain controls the left. BUT they also have their own unique responsibilities. For ex, one side helps you remember, the other side stores the memories, one side helps you walk, and the other helps you eat, etc.
5. Actually, some studies have proven that people with heavier brains have become geniuses, but that also comes with health risks... unfortunately.
6. Alcohol is registered in the brain as an anti-depressant which *"blocks"* certain neurotransmitters which, if addressed with too much anti-depressants aka alcohol (in this case), can in fact get "shocked", which is were an addiction starts. It cannot kill brain cells, literally, but it can destroy it and you when the need for this particular anti-depressant is presented. "People" say that alcohol "kills brain cells" because statistics show that 1 in every 7th person that drinks smokes as well.. and *cigarettes do kill brain cells* because of all the disgusting chemicals that are carried in them.
7. Any type of brain damage is reversible. That is why you have a left side and a right side of the brain. Each side has unique jobs, but since it is a ball of intelligence and life, each side can learn different things, it can adapt to certain responsibilities if one side is incapable of completing them, but this usually takes special therapy and time to recover from whatever.

*Stop commenting and saying that you know better and that the facts that were stated here, in the video, are not true because they are. Take a course in high leveled biology and psychology if you want to try and cancel things out.*

brain to weight ratio... does that mean the heavier you are, the less smart? I mean... Or is that general, like how the average human has a certain ratio compared to the average bird. I'm sure the ratio for humans are larger.. So what I mean is does that apply to each person as an individual? Or by species
