recently bought a 512/8gb MacBook air m1 and the app launch speeds were noticeably slower compared to my Razer which uses similar ssd capacity and 16gb ram even though the razer is 3 years older

i would really like to see how it compares the 8gb m1 vs the older 2019 intel i7 macs (16 -32 gb ram), since those are dirty cheap even at 16" cost the same than the cheapest m1 macbook air.
