TACO BELL 'DOUBLE DECKER' TACO - VIDEO RECIPE

Ingredients:

6 flour tortillas
6 Hard taco shells
Refried beans (see below recipe video)
500g Ground/mince beef
3 tsp Taco seasoning
Sour cream
Lettuce, shredded or finely chopped
Cheddar cheese, shredded
Tomatoes, diced

Looks like a gr8 way to control the contents of a crunchy taco. I always end up with the things exploding in my hands n having to scoop it from a pile on my plate. Doesn't matter I still love tacos and enjoy watching all ur ideas u brought back from the states. Well done nicko. Thanx for sharing.

My friend, I don't want to sound or to be annoying, but I'm Mexican and I love your recipes. If you may find this interesting, I'd forget the "taco seasoning", leave the onion, forget the "hard taco shells" and put everything inside the flour tortilla, but preheat it. You'll love it! I know he wasn't trying to create an authentic taco, and this recipe looks great, but I just want to share that I went to Mexico on a mission trip and had some tacos from a vendor on the street. They were nothing like the ones in the US, and they were much better.
