i think the reason vhs won is because this: his hacking is just stronger since it is stated in the official wiki that he can turn his victims into any ut characters and put them into any roles (and that happened to the player after he pulls them into the game which already puts him above hacking since he did came to the real world) he also can grab non physical attacks like a slash while canon lb died to one in the end.
