lamaboss0 did confirm vhs to be stronger than ulb all phases.
The abilities that are confirmed about vhs are able to grab any attack and the attacks will do the same damage as if it was used normally (for example if a blaster does 50 damage when used to shoot when vhs grabs its sprite and bonks someone with it it will do 50 damage) he also has infinite stamina and has normal sans abilities. He mostly goes to other aus to pull pranks and he tries his best to fit with other sans aus even though he looks very deformed.

I dont really know about CANON vhs Sans that much, but i do know that he should be a wall level?
If i got it correctly (i hope it is correct), vhs Sans - another timeline of classic Sans. The thing is, that player decided to play with the code of Undertale and Sans disappeared? At the end, he somehow appeared and started a fight. If vhs sans is really a wall level? He should be able to compensate it with the fact that he is a broken code (something similar to a virus or glitch/bug i guess?)

The main reason that VHS sans won the fight is because he doesn't have that one BIG limiter most sans' (and monsters for that matter) in that he NEVER tires out. This means that VHS sans could go at this for days on end.

Just to clarify vhs sans is not an error or a glitch but a virus meaning not even error sans can defeat the damn thing but Error404 can considering he can take on Virus404 which is the father of all viruses and Error404 is the father of all errors which really makes you think how did vhs sans defeat error 404 considering he's equal to virus 404.
