LISTEN WITH HEADPHONES. Recording made with a Thinklabs One Digital Stethoscope. 11 year old boy who note when running laps in Gym class he is more short of breath than his peers, and on examination has a prominent systolic ejection murmur, prolonged, and of higher pitch than a benign flow murmur. It is louder on standing, and decreased with squatting. Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy on echo with 25mmHg resting LVOT gradient, no significant mitral regurgitation. Recorded sounds at apex, LLSB, LUSB while standing and squatting, and RUSB.
