April I am Northern Ponca and of the medicine people meaning sweat lodes and other spiritual ceremonies and I appreciate you so much mentioning not to use the white sage and even more than that we use the prairie sage in inipi ceremonies smudges and removing negative aspects. these two ladies as you would say are regarded highly spiritual and sacred. My brother just got his own hive this year so I sent this to him. I make a mixture of honey, red onion, fresh ground black pepper, fresh garlic, turmeric, ginger root. I take a tablespoon once a day. If people around me are sick I take two tbsp today. I did get covid but only had a runny nose for 2 days.
