The ZR1 needs the driver mod! Short shifting, missing gears, etc.. The factory launch control is a joke on stock tires on the street -- totally worthless.

Facts:1. Close your windows in a drag race, air gets inside and act as a parachute the faster you go.2. Find a better driver, hate to see people with fast cars and no skills.3. The Huracan will win anyway, but not humiliate the Corvette the way we can see here.

The problem with brooks is he always finds drivers who can not drive the cars the way they need to be driven to showcase their speed. Corvette's have to be driven a certain way. Dude was short shifting in a CAR with long gears. from a 40 roll you do not need to shift as soon as you beep 3 times. There's another video of a C6 ZR1 beating the LP-610 G=Huracan easily. Because that driver knew how to drive the car.

Sorry but this ZR1 in the launch from a stop, was hideous. The ZR sounded like half its cylinders deactivated for almost 4 seconds. The car was not running good at all. I can run from 0-20 quicker than this ZR. I've driven lots of Z0's and ZR's and this ZR looked like grandma off the line. ZR didn't seem like it was running right in the beginning either, at 1:44.... I'd get the ZR looked at and have a rematch. Because I've barely beaten stock Uracans. It's spelled Huracan, but pronounced Uracan. Nice to see a video of done one that can pronounce these names correctly. Parker sure can't .
