The death penalty in prison is rather brutal for a game designed for old-ish kids.

There’s something really humorous about the first boss of the game and a Goob in a fire breathing mask dealing the most damage of any bosses in one hit (Dr. Potter’s plant is 6 hits though in total is deadlier at 50 points total) and most other things short of instant death. The Power swipe’s at least a bit more understandable, but apparently getting ragdolled by a possessed T-Rex exhibit and getting hit by swinging axes is just the typical 20 damage.

I like how Luigi gets Strangled mauled and beaten and when he dies he just says

I like how they've changed the death animation in this game to be more accurate.
What I mean is in the previous Luigi's Mansion games, when Luigi dies, he collapses but his eyes were still open, which was creepy.
In this game, as Luigi collapses, he closes his eyes.
