Michael Keaton- NO Regrets (Batman)

Michael Keaton came back as Batman again in Batgirl, but fans never saw the light of day.

It is believed he would have been in a flashback scene where young Barbara Gordon sees Batman in action and a present day scene when Barbara becomes Batgirl.

JK Simmons would have returned as Commissioner Gordon emphasizing how much the timeline changed because of how Barry messed up the multiverse.

The villain would have been Brendan Fraser playing Firefly.

Keaton’s appearance would have been part of a wider universe role which included a filmed cameo in Aquaman 2. This would have solidified him as the DC Universe’s main Batman.

Where happened to Affleck’s Batman you ask? When Flash sees his Batman was replaced, he receives a message from the Batman he remembers. He is stuck in the Knightmare world envisioned in Justice League and asks for his help.

None of these visions will live on since the universe is being rebooted. James Gunn has done it before, can he do it again?
