Thorbjorn Jagland, the secretary general of the Council of Europe - the continent’s leading human rights organisation - discusses indications from Moscow that Russia might stop cooperating with the European Court of Human Rights. “If Russia falls out of the convention, it would be a disaster for people living there, and it would also be a major problem for Europe,” Jagland tells FRANCE 24’s Armen Georgian.
