Grinding brakes? Should I drive on them? A Cautionary Lesson... Bad Brake Rotors

When you get to the vents, the piston gets hooked on the vents and rips the piston out. Ive seen it. Imagine that schitt.

I once seen them all the way to the vents. FYI the vents wear out the pads steel backplate, then start wearing down the caliper piston. I actually drove the car 8 miles to my garage after the test drive to make sure it was the cv axle or the wheel bearing making that horrible noise. It was neither. There was no grinding noise like metal on metal. It was vibration and sounded like a pop can stuck on a bicycle tire. I thanked god for my life that day.

Change his rotor for $200 dollars instead of pulling it out if he can’t pay Shame on you he could of killer someone driving like that.
