I tried both the Scala and the Kamiq at the local dealer on the same day. Both with 16” rims. They were both comfotable drives, but the Kamiq won. Just feels more mature. I think the reviewer didn’t take into consideration that his test car has huge rims, 18”?, which always results in a less comfy drive experience.

Why review a top model car if most buyers are interested in the mid-range model??? Most of the reviews i see are for top model specs, making them completely useless.

When Škoda announced Karoq they told the whole automotive industry (and everybody else) that it is replacement for the Yeti! So this one is something completely new.

So, does it drive like crap or not, one minute its a very comfortable ride, the next, when compared to Scala, its a terrible ride. Full stop. Confused :-/

Weird, I’ve got the Kamiq Monte Carlo and even with the 18” wheels it’s one of the best riding cars I’ve ever owned, and I’ve owned/driven lots. Others have said it here and pretty much every review I’ve ever seen say it’s ride and comfort is top class. Odd review🤷🏼‍♂️

None of the journalists ever mention that 1.6tdi manual is 5 speed only not a a 6 speed. Found that out recently and that's a no no for me

why do they always make reviews with top spec car and never show the basic one.. they should have the top spec to see the features but have th low spec to see how basic it is...

“The ride is bad. Full stop” is very inconsistent with the written review, stating: “ Despite being taller than the Scala, it still handles neatly without much body roll. It’s also refined even at motorway speeds, and cushions most bumps like a much more expensive car.” So, which is it?

First I was split between the Kia Stonic and this the Kamiq...but that was clearly explained that the Skoda was better...but then new problem was revealed...the Kamiq or the Scala ( cut the later one is more spacious surprisingly)...any opinions?
