I watched another video where the person recommended using a payment agreement form, then if the tenant signs it and misses a payment, you can submit an L4 to the LTB and get the person evicted much quicker without a hearing. Would you recommend that?

My tenent didn't pay January & February rent. Paid me March 1st & April 5th. When I fill out N4, should I put unpaid January & February rent or March & April rent?
Should I give original or copy of N4 to tenent?

what if the landlord is a Corp? (lease agreement is between tenant and corp) who is it "from." if its from the corp, does the owner of the corp sign?

Hi Andrew,

My situation is that my tenant has 4 more months of lease (end of March 2023). He did not pay this months (Nov 2022) rent saying he is moving out end of this month and apply the deposit towards Nov 2022. I served him a N4 which has a termination date of 19th Nov 2022. He says he will move out before that. How do.i collect the rent for.rest of the lease.
