In today's video, I'll show you this easy adobe premiere tutorial which allows you to make a bunch of customizable circuit bent looking glitches! This is an easy way to save money and make unique looking glitches that you would normally need a lot of CRT gear to create (tv, custom circuit bending glitch boxes, etc.). ENJOY!

I have trying to get the 90s tv scramble effect for sometime now. This video definitely helps me get what I need.
