2017 i3 owner here. You’d be surprised how it performes in Swedish winters (which last 6 months) here. Best car I have ever owned (i have been driving cars for 46 years)
The i3 was years ahead of its time.

Ha-Ha, we are i3S owners and we absolutely love it!. I think BMW should divert some of its energy away from heavy Electric SUV's and reconsider introducing a second generation i3. I think it would be a smash hit.

i drove a i3 Rex 2014 in the US and now I’m driving a Rex 2017 in Europe. It holds everything pretty well. Just a bit concerning for the the battery, although still over 80%. I will start to look for some replacement in a couple of years…

I have a 2020 i3 120Ah and also a Tesla MY. The Tesla is a really good car but I prefer to drive the i3. It's a brilliant car that is small enough to drive easily around our tight roads and car parks but big enough to take 4 adults in comfort. It's also plenty quick enough and fun to drive. I plan to keep it for a very long time !

We downgrade our 2nd ICE vehicle which was SUV to 2019 i3, and I instantly fell in love with the car. After learning and reading about this car, still learning more new things, I want to get a 2nd i3 so that I can use it as a daily for work and around the city. We have done a 300 mile road trip but we planned it out so that we can charge the car and get lunch. Parts and labor are expense, but doing all the maintenance that I can to by my-self to reduce the cost of ownership.
It's worth buying if your daily commute is less then 50 miles a day.

I bought my 2015 i3 rex in 2018 from a lease turn in. I absolutely LOVE the car... Except for having to buy tires every other year and driving it in the snow. It's terrible.
Other than that, I would say it's the best, most fun to drive car I have ever owned.

The assignment for the BMW engineers was to built a car with the quality of the 7 series, the interior space of a 5 series and the price of a 3 series.
They succeeded imho 👍
I love my 2019 i3S every day. I charge at home, the cost of the service (interval 2 years) is affordable and I can park it everywhere given the small length.
Wish BMW started building it again 😊

I've got one end 2021 120ah with tera world interior. Firstly it is enjoyable to drive and get around. I've a mid size suv plugin hybrid if I want to go far. Otherwise it does daily service commuting and around town. A few you tubers tested until it stops with eco plus and got 400+km out of it..
