The focus of the bible is on theology not astrology. But from a biblical point of view the planets would actually be under the category of stars. But the angels are immortal. The sun, moon, and stars on the other hand die. So no the planets are not fallen angels

The telescope was not yet invented when "god wrote" the bible. That`s why there`s no future information in the bible. The "all knowing" could not know anything that was not known at the time. Strange how that works
