I assumed you had someone with you for some of those shots, that's dedication to set up those shots in the snow too! I'm getting my channel started soon, this is some valuable knowledge!

Great tips, really have to learn the key-frame thing. Before talking myself into the a7iii I kept saying "nah I don't need to film myself at 4k" but now that I have it, love the "room" 4k gives you in post for re-framing. Great channel - thanks for sharing and keep up the great work.

I am filming myself for making cover videos.
I have no one to help me with and this video really helped me a lot
Thank you for your tips, and I would love to use a gimbal to make my cover videos more interesting.

100% great ideas! I've got a Canon M50 and have never even used the 4k due to focus modes in 4k but I'm give this a try for more dynamic shots

Bro, tell me about it. I live in Colorado, more often than none it's not the snow or even the cold, its when you ad wind. I'm digging your style man. Truly, but hey, I can tell your on the East cost. Its not quite FEB 1 here lol. I'm guessing Michigan. That was rhetorical btw.

I never, I never knew... lol really tho I struggle with that every time I make a video alone. I never even thought to remote control the gimbal. Genius. Thanks for the tip

How much would you push 1080p video in the first example? Maybe 5-10%?
