India is reportedly angry at Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky after he criticised Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to Russia. According to the Economic Times report, the Ministry of External Affairs summoned the Ukrainian envoy, Dr. Oleksandr Polishchuk, on July 15 to express displeasure. The ET also reported that Delhi also postponed a meeting of the joint working group on culture with Ukraine in the backdrop of the incident. Modi courageously told Putin that war is NOT the solution to sorting out problems & even stated that his heart aches on hearing about all those children killed in that Ukrainian hospital! This is not the first time P.M. Modi has said such things to Putin in person - so what more does Zelensky want?

India alongside China also one of the biggest importers of Russian oil! Even many in West importing through middle men 3rd parties! Europe is still not independent of Russia in terms of its energy needs! Ukraine was once getting paid for Russian gas transmission to Europe whilst fighting Russia.
Had Zelensky agreed to remain a non militarised buffer zone between Russia and EU/NATO, it wouldn't have been invaded in first place!
