I have the power point inverter by my parking brake beside my driver seat. It has no power I have checked all the fuses. Could it be a relay? I used a voltage meter and key on or off no power. Any ideas where I should look next

Ford transit custom 2018 doesn't have low beam headlights fuse on the panel .I can't find it on the manual, only high beam
