I've been living full time in my 5thw, for bout 2 yrs now.
And so I am new to the RV life, . And I knew that there would be maintenance, .
But I've got to get a schedule down .
Like today, in just a little bit, I'm bout to get on the roof and clean my ac coils ECT, ,,and I don't know I've got the stuff I need to do it, . I guess I just am feeling scared, , ,not scared just apprehensive that I wont be able to get the cover off, or something, ,,
But I've prepared myself by watching lots of how to videos, and I just need to get it done and see what dirt and debris is up there, .
I am gonna do it, . And I can do it!
I will feel confident after I'm done with that and next job is cleaning the roof and painting on roof sealant, ,
"One job at a time"
But it's way worth it!
And thanks for your info, and tips it gave me some insight on what I have been overlooking

I'll be honest, at first a seen the video and how long it was and your maintenance list . . I thought it was nuts. But I gave it some time, and man there was a lot of useful helpful tricks you have. One that stuck out to me, was the handles for the black and grey tank valves.. for so long i have to pull and push so hard. I didn't even think to lubricate them up.. Also that siding cleaner is a great idea .
