Solution of the practice problem at the end:
Steps to find global max and min for closed interval:
First, the function f(x) has to be continuous on the given interval.
Here, global max and min are guarantee to exist since it is closed interval.
1)Find the critical points (They must be in the interval)
2)Evaluate the critical points and the endpoint in the function
3)The highest value from step 2 will be the global max value and the lowest will be the global min value.
