Synthstrom Audible Deluge - Creating a loop - Workflow, Sound and Feature Demo

I made a video to show the possibilities of the Deluge, a beautiful, powerful, innovative little groovebox by Synthstrom from New Zealand. Also in conjunction with a Access Virus TI, Arturia Keystep and a Yamaha Reface CP.
There are way more features to show, i picked the most important (for me). For tutorials see the videos from Synthstrom Audible and Ron Cavagnaro.

I love how your cat just almost went thru your deluge like if it's the middle of kitchen xDD 7:42

Thank you for demonstrating a few of the synth capabilities of this. Most of the deluge tracks and demos leave all of that out. Very frustrating for a potential customer doing research, as most of the tracks on YouTube use very similar patches, which makes the deluge sound boring from a sound design perspective. I went ahead and ordered one :)

Nice work! If you ever get the time, I would love to see a short video showing the process of how to setup and sequence the Virus TI from the Deluge. Specifically how to select the midi channels on the Deluge and then how to program and trigger chords and arpeggiated loops etc. Seems to be a couple of videos online showing people using the Virus TI but no one showing how to set it up/configure it exactly. Thanks heaps :D

I’ve had mine for a few days now — turned out far beyond my expectations, figured I’d use it mostly standalone and w/ my neutron and DM12, but its also an incredibllu smooth workflow to use with PC and iOS daw VSTS/AUs.. so quick and effortless to lay down melody ideas and experiment; so much more inspirational than mouse + KB or even Push or maschine imho .. I imagine I’d be nowhere as thrilled with elektron digi

Hey NV what happened, this was a really great video! You should set-up that camera and make some more. As others wrote before me, this is never shown in most Deluge videos even though it's the most important part. Make some nice techno beats and record how you do it, !!! THANKS!:-)

yes, you can record and process audio from every source (but you need the right cable). or with an external or the internal mic. at 14.09 i demontrate it. i use a synth track, but you can also load it into a drum track

REEEALLY wish it had more midi outputs. This would make the perfect studio sequencer.

Deep and clear vid. Thanks!!. I have a maybe too much simple question. When you recording a sequence (10:59 for example) you can do it with any external audio, yes?

Thank you for your video, really explanatory!!! It seems simple to use. Isn't it? How much time did it take to be used properly?

I didn't see the red recording light on while you recorded percussion parameters, is there another way?

How are you liking the Deluge? Are you using it much as a sequencer? if so, how is it?
