If you want to see change, get rid of state based crap and make it easy & simple enough to get things legal. I drive many kays every day and can spot a very large percentage of vehicles that have illegal mods, some of stupid and dangerous, others are more mild yet are ALL ILLEGAL under the law. I have looked at the mod-plate side for my 2 inch lift, 35's but the costs and BS involved, I'll just keep on truckin as I have doine so for the past 6 years. Good help me when I take out the two rear seats and fit bigger fuel tanks....
