A three week old baby who was stolen from Naguru hospital hours after birth has been reunited with his parents. Police CID spokesperson Charles Twine said the woman who took the infant was arrested in Kelezia zone, Makindye Division of Kampala after a tip-off from the residents who had noticed her nursing the child.Rita Atukunda and her husband Cosmas Baguma received their baby from the police at the Kibuli CID headquarters.
