► The Joy of Living Alone as An INFP.

To some, wanting alone time signifies egotism, sadness, and loneliness. But one thing that separates introverts from others is their need and desire for solitude.
Because it goes hand in hand with their introverted nature, alone time is one of the most crucial things for INFPs. Without personal time, the INFP becomes worn out and overtaken by the environment. They feel emotionally and spiritually spent after engaging in too much social interaction, not because they wish to be cut off from people.

The ending is spot-on. I'm happiest when I am alone, going over the day's notes. I am most at peace when I am given the space and time to process things. I can feel my growth happening, minute by minute when I'm in my solitude. It's almost a religious experience

It is correct, in my situation I like to go for a run, enjoy nature, eat an ice cream while reading my favorite books around my favorite plants

The advice given by today's "wise" people is basically the opposite of what is presented here. My whole life I thought something was wrong with ME. This is just another example that the wisdom given by others is NOT wisdom - it's just more social control and gaslighting. Thank you for this video!

I'm an FA and just "slam click" 80% of the time.
Hate feel like I'm pressured to spend time with the crew, even if I need to recoup from a day of being around people in a flying tube.

Starting to prioritize myself first, and it's very liberating to say "No, I definitely need to rest."

Absolutely true!! I remember taking a college course worth only 1 credit, I think…but it was one where one took all of the available and standard testing for Strengths, weaknesses, preferences for everything and personality tests, IQ, etc…was a profound learning experience, for sure!! 😊

I have just moved house so have had all the chaos of that to cope with, plus staying with my daughter and an adorable but very noisy two year old grandson while we were sorting my new flat out. I moved in yesterday and the relief of the quietness, solitude, peace and quiet has been enormous. This video confirms all my beliefs about my INFP personality. I'm not a freak, I just need my own space and my own company a lot of the time. Thanks for this. It really made me feel validated.

Totaly related. Thanks to the contemplation tendency, in my experience; self confidence has grown and freed my self from the need of external validation wich of course I tasted at some point but is so draining and stressfull that were clairly identifyed and avoided ever since...
Thank You for this valuable materials! 💜🌷
