'La Vie en Rose' - The Shotgun Jazz Band w/Ben Polcer

At The Spotted Cat, July 12, 2017. Ben plays a lovely version of the Louis Armstrong (and Edith Piaf) classic. While Marla is in Italy at the Umbria Jazz Festival, the band carries on with Ben Polcer, trumpet; James Evans, clarinet, Tyler Thomson, bass; John Dixon, banjo; Russell Welch, guitar; and Tomas Majcherski, saxophone. The guest pianist's last name was Bell.

Well, Bell is dressed for the occasion and she did OK. James Evans is one of few clarinetists I've seen to use a strap.
