Due to unfavorable weather tonight, SpaceX is now targeting Friday, September 16 at 9:05 p.m. ET for Falcon 9’s launch of Starlink
SpaceX will launch 54 Starlink satellites for their high-speed low earth orbit internet constellation.
The instantaneous launch window is at 9:27 p.m. ET (01:27 UTC / 03:27 CEST on September 16).
The first stage booster supporting this mission previously launched CRS-22, Crew-3, Turksat 5B, Crew-4, and CRS-25. Following stage separation, the first stage will land on the Just Read the Instructions droneship, which will be stationed in the Atlantic Ocean.
Falcon 9 will fly to the northeast with a droneship landing well off the coast of North Carolina. The launch will be viewable from central Florida.
The launch represents SpaceX's 185th mission in total and the 42nd launch attempt for SpaceX in 2022.
