*RARE* CLOSE UP Air to Air Race A380 VS A380!

It was a great surprise to see Emirates A380 A6-EEB operating EK1 Dubai to Heathrow just 2000ft below us on Emirates A380 EK39 Dubai to Birmingham. We were cruising at 40,000ft over Romania while food was being served when the other A380 was spotted incredibly close up!

I actually saw this race from ground, it happens pretty often above Bucharest, or nearly. Once there were 3 planes in line, very very close, both vertical and horizontal. Nice spotting !

I really wish I could’ve seen that from the ground, it’s almost unheard of to see two A380s at the same time cruising. I’ve only once seen two A380s at once but it was only for a fraction of a second because both were very far away from me and they were very far apart from each other!😮

Amazing!! We had a similar site from Dallas to Sydney on the Qantas A380 while the Los Angeles - Sydney flight flew with us all the way!
