Sad that we have to get on Youtube to learn how to do this.... Kepts seein mfs I have in my contacts showin up as suggested users to follow on tik tok then had someone in my contacts follow me (who I did NOT want to follow me lol). No posts yet so lowkey irelevant, but still. Strange part is I had the switch that lets your phone contacts see you in their "suggested" section turned OFF, yet apparently the app still suggested me. So close to just deleting tik tok alrogether. More to lose than gain n sketchy asf w/ everything thats going on rn.

Easiest thing to do is to set up TikTok with an email and not phone number so it can’t reach your contacts.
