How to setup controller for this function?

I personally prefer the Xbox's vibration triggers instead of the adaptives ones from SONY.
I am mot telling SONY is trash but the adaptive feedback is (by far) most expensive and could get broken easly.
Moreover the vibration triggers does (mostly) ~70% of the same job as the adaptives ones.
