Genetics does determine hair growth rate. My 4c hair grows quickly, as does my daughter's 3c hair. Sadly, I'm not well versed in hair care but I'm trying... You guys have beautiful hair.

I use creme of nature shampoo and deep conditioner, or aussie shampoo and conditioner, and I also use head and shoulders shampoo with conditioner with almond as well I have psoriasis
