I will emphasize their strengths, and their desires (not necessarily related to their work assignments but their why. Why are they working here.) focus on them. And emphasizing our common ground as a team.

I’ll fine tune systems of communication, that are auto pilot in nature-> for essential updates and alerts. This helps guard against the micromanaging on my end and and distancing on their end.

I’ll practice a policy answering emails quickly (even implementing code subject titles RED- urgent, ORGANE- within the hour, GREEN, no rush)
