i composted even before i started gardening. my compost is loved.

this looks like a good idea although for my taste i will replace the thyme with mint and dill.

Once again, brilliant (though it goes without saying!). I wonder if it is possible to use a nut-cheese in place of tofu for the feta. Having made wonderful tofu feta before, I wonder if a mild flavoured, more firm cheese would also work well in this context. It's exciting to consider!

my favorite food is roasted lamb could you make that, something that reminds me of lamb a lot. I trying out a plant based diet and that would be great and helpful

I notice you use a splash of maple syrup in a lot of your recipes . Is there a reason why? Just curious, thanks.

I hate the taste of powdered garlic and especially onion powder! yuck!

It is unfortunately not really Vegan if there is a feta cheese inside, which is made of milk.
