I've said it before and I'll say it again: I love your project management style! You've taken me from a "a project's not worth doing if you can't finish it" mindset to an "a little bit at a time" mindset. As a result, this season I've accomplished more in my garden and home than the past two years combined! I also love that you're about 3-4 weeks ahead of my zone - with every video I know what's coming next. Thanks for all of your content Laura!

Thanks for doing this cleanup video. I know you worry about going over stuff you have already shown, but we appreciate them. Since watching you my garden has grown and expanded. Our gardens are always changing, so watching you cleanup lilies is great as I have them now but didn’t before. Please keep doing these maintenance and planting videos as our gardens are always evolving and I for one need the help! Thanks again for helping us grow and maintain our gardens!

Thank you for such great advice of which perennials to cut back now versus the spring! I usually am googling each plant individually every fall because I forget! :) Also - anyone else LOVE a long video! I was like "28 minutes!!! haha!

Good morning My Garden Friends,
I'm in Windermere, Florida zone 9b and I'm weeding so I get rid of any garden problems. We don't have freezes that last long enough to kill off problems.
Happy Clean-up Laura 🌿💚🌿

I've never had much luck with gardening, but as I've watched your channel for the last year or two I've learned so much. I'm slowly tackling the mature (but somewhat neglected) landscape of the house we moved into two years ago. Just trying to identify plants and shrubs has been a challenge! For the first time I have successfully kept a purple gomprena alive and well for months in a planter by my front door that makes me happy every time I see it. Thank you!

Ok, Does anyone else want to know what Laura’s step count is at the end of day? 😂 Absolutely love all that you do, I’ve learned so much from You!
Thank You ❤️

I love fall clean up videos. I always feel sad when it’s time to cut things back and pull things out, but it gets me motivated when I see how clean and tidy it makes the garden look.

Hey Laura, I have a good amount of sedum around my garden. I learned just this year to cut them back when they first start to emerge and they double or triple the number of stems which naturally keeps them from flopping over. My plants looked sad when I first cut them back but oh my, the number of blooms I had this year is amazing AND they did not do that split thing or flop over!.

Over the years you have really opened my eyes to appreciate foliage and texture. Example here being the fall color of hosta and seed heads of black eyed Susan. I would have never learned to appreciate these without you guiding the way. I thank you deeply for teaching all of us to appreciate the little things in life and the garden😊

I mostly leave everything accept for things that have flopped or want to seed and spread themselves around too happily. Then the one annual I leave overwinter is marigolds, the dried stems and seed heads with snow look so beautiful

It’s a big help for me that you “take us along” on your projects. You motivate me to at least pull a few plants that need to go. Thank you very much!😊🌺💗☀️

I'm more impressed that you do all this work in the garden with your freshly washed hair just flowing 😆 it's the first thing i slap back in to a very messy ponytail.

So cool to see the sunflower heads out there for the birds! Just visited a local farm that grew a field of giant classic orange Marigolds (4 ft tall!). I bought a bundle, and thought "WHAT a great fall filler flower this would be for Laura!" (I think you only had medium size this year?). They compliment sunflowers so well, and are so cheerful! Perhaps you can add some to your seed list for next year in your cut flower garden? Love all you do!

🐝!!! Did we just loose Laura? 😂
Thank you for all your wonderful videos.
And YESSSS!! To “just” walking around and showing us the whole garden. I vote for a fall garden tour. Who’s with me???

Laura, you are a breadth of fresh air. I am an avid cook and gardener and love your beautifully put together videos You havn after trying to clear a driveway e so much energy it comes right through on the video and I wish I cld grab that energy and take a huge dose of it. I just came in doord from my own garden after clearing moss on my driveway and then i see your video. It is too late. at 69 even though I have had pultiple strokes I have with the help of my lovely hubby got our garden back to what it was. Thanks for all your videos. It is very encouraging to see a young lass like you do so much. Take care of your health and dont have a burn out. I hope you rest during the winter to garner as much strength as you need for the spring/summer. Can you please do a video for seniors on what garden tools are really good. After all these years I came upon the garden Bandit, about C$18 . I have so many garden tools but IT IS THE VERY BEST WEED REMOVER AS IT REMOVES WEEDS ROOT ET ALL. I kwwp a spare one as I tend to misplace things . what are your thoughts on Rubber mulch. I have been using them around my beds and it was a nice bounce to it. Have a lovely day Laura.
