The mine BIOS is the version 3019. So my question is, due to see more BIOS files in the official page, I need to update this directly with the latest version? Or I shlud update via specific version to come to the last BIOS. this scares me to do it, can broke the chip BIOS and brick my motherboard if i not do it correctly.

I have certain issue with the RAM sticks, it's good state, but not work correctly in my Motherboard. So I think with a BIOS update and microcodes, this issue should been resolved.
