Relations between India and Canada are going through their worst phase after Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau called out India in the House of Commons over the killing of Canadian citizen Hardeep Singh Nijjar (most wanted in India) in June. However, New Delhi has blamed Ottawa for making accusations without evidence while terming Canada as a ‘safe heaven’ for terrorist activities.
