I've had my 14 mastersounds for well over 6 years and no cracks. I clean/ polish regularly. They sound as good as ever. I play high volume, hi energy progressive metal in a regular gigging band. I've also played in country and several classic rock bands and never had a issue. I might also add that my 20 year old k/z 13s as a right side closed hat accentuate the mastersounds nicely. Maybe you hit them too hard.

I like the moderate darkness of these along with the quick response.

I just got some of these. Not getting the light click which is what compelled me to get them. I know there's not much to adjust in terms of setup. Have tried different sticks, and best option is some 7a's with a plastic tip. I know there's not much to adjust on a typical high hat stand. Have tried setting the top loose like you show in the video. they are Avedis's custom A mastersounds. Any other suggestions. They are a little dirty, but I'm reluctant to clean them since it'll probably remove the logos since they're an older set.

Why would you not play this with kick and snare!? I love your cymbals I really do, I own the 13" of this but you guys need work on your marketing skills, they are quite bad. I'd love to chat with you guys about it and work on it.

A thoroughly abysmal demonstration of some great hats.
