The Nice Age Trail opens to the public on the weekend of June 1 & 2, 2024.
After years of planning, months of construction, and the contributions of a team of over 30 contributing artists, it's finally here. The Nice Age Trail is Madison Children's Museum's biggest indoor exhibit addition in seven years. Inspired by nature and designed to teach kindness, this interactive exhibit invites kids to explore four Wisconsin seasons across four habitats—and the world of the animals who live there. Young visitors to the exhibit are invited to buzz like a bee, dance like a crane, build like a beaver, and snuggle like a bear in the Nice Age Trail.
The Nice Age Trail and all other exhibits at MCM are included in the price of admission.
