Wheel of the Infinite - Crimson 1 vs Pixy Soundtrack

This was constructed in Ableton Live 11 out of a combination of samples from the Project Wingman and Ace Combat Zero soundtracks, some reconstruction from the ground up, and just a touch of original composition. To get all the elements to work together, many of the samples were re-pitched and timestretched; a fair amount of reharmonization also went into this. In the beginning I wasn't entirely sure if this was going to work at all, so I'm quite happy with the result despite a few rough edges.

I legit thought this was going to just be a lazy mashup of zero and kings....I don't think I have ever been so glad to be wrong.

The blend of a bunch of the themes from both games is just incredible, plus the bits of original composition, plus the intricacy of how you mixed them all together into THIS... I'm in complete adoration of your work!! Really truly wonderful stuff, it feels like it would fit right in for both games and that's an honestly incredible feat given how each of them has such a unique musical style. I love it!! the original video itself was already fire but you can really appreciate teh effort that went into this more being able ot listen to it on it's own. That moment build up that sounds like it's going to go into the traditional beat drop right as Crimson 1 explodes only to go silent and into the second phase where it's the final proper health bar, with no hud, only beeps and dents and the growl of the gun.

The even softer bit after crimson 1 is finally defeated and Pixy is quietly talking to cipher even if there is no cipher there. only to end with "here comes the snow."

Ahoy, this is the VA of Captain Woodward once again stumbling on awesome PW fan music. Would you mind if I uploaded this song to an ArmA 3 mod called "Project Wingman OST Complete" as a fanon track so we can enjoy it in-game? I've been running a PW-themed ArmA 3 campaign for about four years now.

I always ask permission before I reupload anything anywhere. If I don't hear from you I'll just assume it's a no, but it would be fantastic to have a track like this for a special occasion.
