The problem with Face/Off is that the original script was supposed to be set in the near future, hence the radical face-swapping procedure and the prison where inmates wore magnetic boots. The producers foolishly decided to change the story to a contemporary 1990s setting, which was inconsistent with the technology shown in the movie.

Pretty much all of these movies were poorly received when they first came out, so it's not as if they had a chance to age poorly. But these movies were not reflective of the majority of 1990s cinema, which was one of the best decades in cinematic history.

Half-Baked is okay and so is Face-Off. The rest of these were never really considered Good. Flinstones and Super Mario were a joke.

Way worse movies than these. How about Titanic, Avatar, Powder, The Crying Game, Junior, Stop or my mom will shoot, and every Adam Sandler movie
